If I order plants and cuttings am I guaranteed to receive them?
If we process your order, we do guarantee you will receive them. Recently it has been very difficult to ship plants and cuttings in the mail as the friendly customs service is not able to water the platns when delaying them for inspection. After you place an order for cuttings or plants, and before charging your credit card, we will call you and advise you of the current status. You may also feel free to call us prior to placing an order.
