With significant increased use, there is some speculation that Salvia may become illegal in the near future. While this is quite possible, we feel if the plant is respected and used properly by those who order it, there is a chance this will not happen. Suffice to say, we have staff that monitor the legal status of Salvia d. daily and will discontinue selling upon this event.
