Vitamins and Herbs
Vitamins and herbs are a food supplement that will improve your well being.
Food today is often grown with artificial methods, and many chemicals will make
the plants grow bigger and faster, what they are not telling you is all the old
nutrients, minerals and vitamins are lacking. People now, more than ever need to
give their bodies additional nutrition just to have the minimum requirements, a
normal meal is simply not enough.
This is why when purchasing herbs you must make sure they are organically
grown, if they were fertilized with artificial chemicals, the plant is weakened
and the therapeutic attributes will be seriously reduced. Herbs that receive
proper care end the necessary water, grow with their medicinal qualities
strengthened. Also, when they are harvested they should not be wet and should be
dried naturally to ensure their effectiveness.
Supplements have grown in popularity in the past decade, and the use of herbs
in more accepted. Many herbs have vitamins in abundance, like ginseng. Fatty
acids, like omega-3 and omega-6 act in the brain, help strengthen memory and
could even be the key to solve autism. Kids that have this condition break down
oils faster and don't give the body a chance to feed the brain with this oils.
If this fatty acids are able to increase in the brain, dyslexia and
schizophrenia could be healed as well.
Stronger doses of vitamin E have also proven to be the road to a longer life
by preventing cells from oxidation. Many experiments have now demonstrated that
animals that receive heavy doses of vitamin E live longer, as if their cells
were magically rejuvenated.
Herbs like spinach are rich in Chlorophyll, nitrogenous substances, in iron
sesqui-oxide and hydrocarbons. Chlorophyll will raise hemoglobin levels and
contains high doses of vitamin A. This is a common herb, but there are more
unusual ones that could prove to be good in human nutrition, but because they
are not as known as spinach, they are neglected and their powers wasted.
Vitamin B-6 and B-12 help the formation of blood cells, the nervous system is
strengthened and supports the metabolism of protein and other body functions.
Vitamins in general are good for the body, a balanced meal aided by some
vitamins and herbs will be beneficial to your health.
Some products combine additional vitamins to a herbal remedy to improve it's
effects or to make it more complete. Black seed oil for example has fatty acids
and plenty of vitamins and minerals. Rosemary oil is used for rubbing on muscle
pains and has some vitamin E added.
